  ◆Bearing O sealing ring is made of nitrile rubble with good wear resistant and thermostability, enlarged cross section reduces sealing pressure, and well designed outer bump increases sealing performance。

  ◆Use circlip to lock cone, which can bear high bit pressure。

  ◆Use all rubber bladder to limit pressure differential and prevent drilling fluid from entering the lub-system, providing excellent lubrication to bearing system.

  ◆In the permanent contact area where tooth wear is the most serious, diamond composite teeth are arranged to enhance the wear resistance of tooth.

  ◆The carbide teeth which protect the base of cone are mounted on the top plane surface.

  ◆Scientific designed cutting structure increases coverage coefficient of drilling bit to well bottom.

  ◆The new hydraulic structure of optimized design improves the cleaning ability of the hydraulic system, increases drilling speed.

A row of wedge trimming teeth are added between back bevel teeth and the outer row teeth,to strength the diameter preservation, repair the back bevel tooth and the spiral ridge beam shaft wall left by outer row teeth when breaking the rock, reduce the wear of the back cone tooth and cone shell, and change the passive diameter preservation to active cutting。 The friction heat and bit torque are reduced, and the seal is protected。 It not only improves the bit drilling speed and diameter preservation ability,  but also repair the sidewall and improve the drilling quality。
